RETURNS
All return requests must be made within twenty (20) days of the purchase date.

For hygiene reasons, opened, used, or tested cosmetic products are generally not eligible for return, except when the product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning an item, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.
If a prepaid return shipping label was provided with your order and you choose to use it, 10 will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping cost.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect its condition and process your refund or exchange.
Please allow at least thirty-five (35) days from the date we receive your returned item for your return or exchange to be processed.
